  • Brainstorm and pitch ideas to clients or executives.

2. Project Planning & Management

  • Define project scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Assemble and lead creative teams: art designers, photographers, videographers, models, make-up artists, set designers, assistants.

  • Manage workflow, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.

3. Creative Direction & Execution

  • Guide the artistic and narrative direction of a project.

  • Ensure visual and storytelling elements align with the brand and project goals.

  • Review and provide feedback on scripts, storyboards, or design drafts.

4. Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as a bridge between creative teams, clients, executives, and production staff.

  • Present creative concepts and updates.

  • Adapt ideas based on feedback while maintaining the project's vision.

5. Budget & Resource Management

  • Allocate resources efficiently, balancing creativity and cost-effectiveness.

  • Oversee contracts, payments, and negotiations with talent, vendors, and freelancers.

6. Production Oversight

  • Supervise shoots & design processes.

  • Troubleshoot creative and logistical challenges during production.

  • Ensure high-quality execution that aligns with the original vision.

7. Post-Production Supervision

  • Work closely with editors.

  • Provide feedback on cuts, visual effects, music, and final deliverables.

  • Ensure final output is polished and ready for release.
