Ensure visual and storytelling elements align with the brand and project goals.
Review and provide feedback on scripts, storyboards, or design drafts.
4. Collaboration & Communication
Act as a bridge between creative teams, clients, executives, and production staff.
Present creative concepts and updates.
Adapt ideas based on feedback while maintaining the project's vision.
5. Budget & Resource Management
Allocate resources efficiently, balancing creativity and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee contracts, payments, and negotiations with talent, vendors, and freelancers.
6. Production Oversight
Supervise shoots & design processes.
Troubleshoot creative and logistical challenges during production.
Ensure high-quality execution that aligns with the original vision.
7. Post-Production Supervision
Work closely with editors.
Provide feedback on cuts, visual effects, music, and final deliverables.
Ensure final output is polished and ready for release.
